Dublin Bus announces upcoming diversions across several routes

Due to scheduled roadworks on several key Dublin Bus routes, Dublin Bus has announced the following diversions:

Route 130 Diversion: Friday 26th April 2024

  • Towards Castle Ave: Starting at Mount Prospect Avenue, buses will continue straight, turn left onto Vernon Avenue, then right onto Blackheath Park, resuming the normal route.

  • Towards Talbot Street: Regular route.

  • Note: Stops 1760, 1761 (Seapark Road), and 1762 (Seafield Road East) will be closed.

Routes 37, 39, 39a, and 70 Diversion: Sunday 28th April 2024 (7am to 7pm)

  • Routes 37, 39, 39a, and 70 (Towards Burlington Road and Wilton Terrace): From Stoneybatter, buses will divert via North King Street, Queen Street, Blackhall Street, then return to their normal routes.

  • Routes 37 (Towards Blanchardstown Shopping Centre) and Routes 39, 39a (Towards Ongar) and Route 70 (Towards Dunboyne): Regular route.

Routes 151, G1, and G2 Diversion: from 8pm Monday 29th April to 5.30am Tuesday 30th April

  • Route 151 Towards Docklands: From North Wall Quay, buses will divert via Guild Street, Sheriff Street Upper, left to East Wall Road, then return to normal route.

  • Routes G1 and G2 Towards Spencer Dock: From North Wall Quay, buses will divert via Guild Street, Sheriff Street Upper, then back to normal route.

  • Routes G1 and G2 Towards Red Cow Luas / Liffey Valley: From Mayor Street, buses will turn right to New Wapping Street, left to Sheriff Street, through Oriel Street, Commons Street, North Wall Quay, then back to normal route.

  • Route 151 Towards Foxborough, Routes G1 and G2 Towards Talbot Street, and Route 70 Towards Dunboyne: No changes, regular route.
