Bus transfers in place on Dublin-Belfast train services on Sun 12th Nov 2023

Passengers traveling on train services between Dublin and Belfast on Sunday, 12th November, should prepare for significant service changes due to scheduled engineering works.

These essential works will affect the rail segment between Portadown and Belfast.

Trains will operate from Dublin Connolly to Portadown. From there, passengers will be transferred to buses to complete their journey to Belfast.

This change will impact the following departure times from Dublin Connolly: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, and 19:00.

Similarly, those traveling from Belfast to Dublin Connolly will have a modified schedule.

A bus transfer will be required between Newry and Belfast for the 09:00 service, with an additional bus transfer from Lisburn and Lurgan to Portadown. Other services departing Belfast at 11:05, 13:05, 16:05, and 19:05 will also follow the adjusted rail and bus routes.

Passengers are advised to plan accordingly and allow additional time for their journey due to these temporary alterations.
